Our pastors serve the people of Grace Church through preaching, teaching, counselling, leading and prayer.
Matt Chapman
Lead Pastor
Matt grew up in Oxfordshire before moving to Bristol for university. He and his wife Lizzie have been members of Grace Church since 2004. Upon graduating the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in 2012, Matt joined the pastoral team at Grace Church full-time. Matt and Lizzie have two sons and a daughter.
Peter Bowley
Pastor
Peter grew up in a non-Christian home in the South East and became a Christian at the age of 12. He entered pastoral ministry in 1982 and has served as a pastor in churches in Slough, Cardiff and Newport. In 2006 Peter accepted the invitation to join the team here at Grace Church. Peter has been married to June for over 50 years. They have three married daughters and thirteen grandchildren.
